1.《無理由退/換貨》
對於在 Mizuno Sportstyle HK 官方網上商店購買的商品,你可以在收到商品 (以物流單據上的簽收日期為準) 日起的 14 天內申請無理由退/換貨。敬請注意,只有在退回的商品滿足下文所述的 “退貨條件” 且不屬於 “ 不接受退的情況” 的情況下,我們才有可能接受退貨。 減價、促銷貨品適用相同條件。

1.《Return/Exchange without Quality Issues》
For goods purchased at the Website, you can apply for a return / exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (based on the date of receipt on the logistics document). Please note that we are only allowed to accept returns if the returned item meets the "Return Conditions" and does not belong to the "Return Exclusions” described below. This return rule is applicable to markdown items and promotional items.

2.《有質量問題的退貨》
對於在 Mizuno Sportstyle HK 官方網上商店購買的存在質量問題的商品,自購買之日起 14 天內你可要求進行退貨。需滿足下文所述的 “退貨條件” 的情況並且質量問題經我們客戶服務中心檢驗屬實的,接受該等商品的退貨是我們的政策。請你注意: 

  • 小線頭、毛邊(服裝類商品較為常見)、因顯示器不同而產生的色差(顯示器不同,色差難以避免)、厚薄爭議(個人定義不同無法鑑別)、走線、手感、衣服細節方面的問題不認可為質量問題。 
  • 你因款式、顏色及個人主觀意願和喜好變化等因素申請退貨的,不屬於有質量問題商品的退貨。 
  • 因你使用、洗滌或保養不當而造成的損壞或你自行修改或其他人為因素造成的損壞不屬於商品的質量問題。 
  • 如在購買時已明確提示有瑕疵的商品,該等瑕疵不視作商品質量問題,不接受退貨。 
  • 在選擇尺碼時,請你參考尺碼表,選擇適合自己的尺碼,客服人員只能提供建議,不作為你最終購買的依據。若因尺碼原因申請退貨的,不屬於有質量問題商品的退貨。 
  • 商品具體尺寸的參數需以實物為準。

接受退貨的條件:
  • 貨品在退貨期限內。
  • 貨品保持完好、未經使用、洗滌或修改、無沾染污漬或化妝品等痕跡,不影響再次銷售。
  • 貨品的外包裝完好無損(包括外包裝箱或外包裝袋,請不要直接在我們的鞋盒上面粘貼膠帶,請在鞋盒外加盒子和袋子),商品附件、說明書、吊牌、標籤等齊全。
  • 如果該貨品有附加的贈品,請將贈品一同退回,贈品需要保持收到時的原質原樣,如贈品不能退回,我們有權要求你按照我們標明的贈品價格支付贈品價款。 

不接受退貨的條件: 
  • 非 Mizuno Sportstyle HK 官方網上商店購買的商品。
  • 無質量問題的定製商品。
  • 無質量問題的內衣褲、襪子。
  • 商品被使用、洗滌、加工處理(如修改尺寸)、弄髒或損壞,商標標識被摘或被剪及其他商品不適合再次銷售的情況。
  • 遺失購買時開具的電子發票或訂單編號但仍要求退貨。
  • 超過退貨期限的商品。
  • 在購買時明確告知有瑕疵而後又以瑕疵為由要求退貨的商品。
  • 以其他方式明示消費者不能退貨的情形,及根據法律規定消費者無權退貨的其他情形。 

Mizuno Sportstyle HK 官方網上商店購買的商品,不能在線下實體店退貨;線下實體店購買的商品也不能在 Mizuno Sportstyle HK 官方網上商店退貨。若任何個人利用本店鋪退換貨服務從事任何侵犯本店鋪或本店鋪其他用戶正當權利或利益的活動,本店鋪保留追究其刑事、民事法律責任的權利。 

2.《Return with Quality Issues》
For products with quality problems purchased at the Website, you can request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. It is our policy to satisfy the “Return Conditions” described below and the quality problems are verified by our customer service center. Please note:

  • Small threads, raw edges (commonly seen on apparel), colour differences due to different monitors (different displays, color difference is difficult to avoid), thickness of the products, running threads, hand-feel and other details...etc, are not recognized as a quality issue. 
  • If you apply for a return due to reasons such as style, colour and subjective preferences, it is not a return for goods with quality issues. 
  • Damage caused by improper use, wash or damage caused by your own alteration or other human factors is not a quality issue return. 
  • If the products are clearly indicated with defects at the time of purchase, such defects are not considered as quality problems and are not accepted for return. 
  • When selecting the size, please refer to the size chart and choose the size that suits you. The customer service team can only provide suggestions, not as the basis for your final purchase decision. If you return due to size issue, it is not a return of goods with quality issue. 
  • The size specifications of the product shall be subject to the actual product. 

Return Conditions:
  • The products are within the return period.
  • The products are kept intact, unused, washed or altered, no stains or cosmetics on the products...etc., and do not affect the product conditions for re-sale.
  • The outer package of the product is intact (including the plastic bag or box, please do not stick any tapes or labels directly on our shoe boxes, please put the shoe box into another box or bag), the product accessories, instructions, tags, labels, etc. should all be kept.
  • If the product / parcel has additional gifts (gift with purchase promotion), please return the gift together. The gift needs to be kept in the condition as it was received. If the gift cannot be returned, we have the rights to ask you to pay for the gift price according to the price of the gift we have indicated. 

Return Exclusions:
  • Goods not sold through the Website, i.e. Mizuno Sportstyle HK official online store.
  • Custoized products without quality problems.
  • Underwear, socks, swimwear and selected limited edition products without quality problems.
  •  Where the merchandise is used, washed, processed (e.g altered size), soiled or damaged, the logo is cut, and other merchandise not in re-sale conditions.
  • Lost the electronic invoice or order number issued at the time of purchase but still require a return.
  • Orders that exceed the return period.
  • Products that are clearly indicated with defects at the time of purchase, and then returned with defective reasons.
  • And other circumstances in which the consumer has no right to return according to the law. 

Please also note that you may process returns online only for purchases made on the Website. You cannot return purchases made on our Website at our Physical stores, and vice versa. You cannot return purchase made at our Physical stores through online customer service. 

3.《退貨流程》
具體的退貨流程請與我們的客戶服務聯繫。 
退回商品時請在發貨清單中註明退貨原因,並將 Mizuno Sportstyle HK 官方網上商店發貨清單一同寄回,方便及時處理。若 Mizuno Sportstyle HK 官方網上商店發貨清單丟失,請準備一張空白紙張,並填寫你的姓名、訂單編號、所退商品貨號、數量及原因等資料。同時,你還需要註明退貨的款號、顏色、尺碼等商品相關信息。 

3.《Return process》
Please refer to our customer service for specific return procedures.
When returning the merchandise, please indicate the reason for the return in the delivery note for timely processing. If the delivery note is lost, please prepare a blank sheet of paper and fill in your name, order number, item number, quantity and reason. You would also need to indicate the item number, color, size and other information related to the return product(s).

4.《退 / 換貨及郵寄說明》
請注意,我們只接受經順豐速運的退/換貨。 經普通郵件、掛號郵件和快遞的退/換貨均不會被接受。 如沒有質量問題的退/換貨,郵費將由您承擔。我們建議您確保您的包裹安全送回給我們,並要求您向快遞公司申報產品的總價值,以便如果在運輸途中丟失或損壞時您能受到完全的保障。 如您選擇不確保或申報所退回/更換的產品的總價值,您將對運輸過程中產品的任何損失或損壞負責。 我們對退/換貨時對產品損壞或丟失的任何風險概不負責。 

4.《Return / Exchange delivery and postage instructions》
Please note that we only accept returns / exchanges by SF Express. Returns / exchanges from normal mail, registered mail and express delivery will not be accepted. For return / exchange without quality issues, the cost of postage is borne by you. We recommend that you insure your package for safe return to us, and you are requested to declare the full value of the shipment to the courier company so that you are completely protected if shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to insure or declare the full value of the returned / exchanged Products, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the Products during shipping. We are not responsible for any risk of damage to, or loss of the Products upon return. 

5.《退款時間》
對於退回的產品,一旦我們確認符合退貨條件和要求,我們將在收到退回產品後的 7-14 個工作日內退還實際購買金額,但是: 

  • 如果您退回的產品是與其他產品一起購買以享受我們的促銷或優惠,我們有權扣除部分退款金額。
  • 如果您退回的產品是與其他商品一起購買以享受免運費優惠,我們有權從您的退款金額中扣除運費。 

收到退款的時間取決於不同的退款方式。 實際退款款項到達您帳戶所需的時間取決於不同的銀行或支付平台的運營。 最多可能需要 15-20 個工作日。如果退貨不符合退貨條件或要求,我們將與您聯繫並將產品退還給您,其費用將由您承擔。

5.《Refund Time》
For the returned Products, once we confirm that the return conditions and requirements are met, we will refund the actual payment within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned Product(s), but : 

  • We have the right to deduct the partial refund amount if your returned Products were bought together with other Products to enjoy our threshold promotions or offers.
  • We have the rights to deduct the shipping fee from your refund amount if your returned products were bought together with other merchandise to enjoy a free shipping promotion. 

The time of receipt of the refund depends on different refund methods. The time of actual refund to your account depends on different banks or payment platform operations. It may take up to 15-20 business days. If the return does not meet the return conditions or requirements, we will contact you and return the product(s) to you at your cost.

6.《語言》
如英文版與中文版有任何不一致或含糊之處,概以英文版本為準。

If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

7.《爭議》
如有任何爭議,Mizuno Sportstyle HK 保留最終決定權。

In case of any dispute, Mizuno Sportstyle HK reserves the final decision.
